Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 8 pm on Friday. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched within 48 hours or the next working day.
Tracking will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your order has been dispatched.
All US tracking should update within 24 hours of dispatch however sometimes this may take slightly longer due to courier delays outside of our control.

If you do not receive any tracking updates within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' page and our customer care team will be able to look into this further for you.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a free QR code or returns label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Yes, we allow one exchange per customer/per order.
If the order was received over 14 days ago, we would be unable to accept this for a refund or replacement. Our company policy states that all items should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
